Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on spy4d. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to your verified bank account or e-wallet, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no violations of these Terms have occurred. spy4d reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or Terms violations.
spy4d supports deposits and withdrawals via all major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual banks and e-wallets may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. You are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider. spy4d does not charge deposit fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah), though VIP members may be eligible for higher limits. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-3 hours during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name and verified during the KYC process.
Before processing a withdrawal, spy4d may require you to wager your deposited amount at least one (1) time to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if your Account has not completed KYC verification, if there are pending bonus wagering requirements, or if spy4d suspects fraudulent activity.
spy4d aims to process all withdrawal requests within 1-3 hours during business hours. However, processing times may be extended during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays (such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on August 17, and Nyepi), or if additional verification is required. VIP Gold members enjoy priority processing with most withdrawals completed within 1 hour.

You may forfeit an active bonus at any time through your Account settings. Upon forfeiture, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from the bonus will be removed from your Account balance. Only your original deposit and winnings from real-money bets will remain.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, spy4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or service interruptions caused by technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party actions.
spy4d is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connection failures, software malfunctions, server downtime, or other technical issues beyond our control. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, spy4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
spy4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or abuse of bonuses and promotions. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to your verified bank account or e-wallet, provided no Terms violations have occurred. spy4d reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations.
Accounts may be terminated for: being under 21 years of age, providing false information during registration, creating multiple accounts, colluding with other users, using automated betting systems, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of spy4d shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication with our support team. If informal resolution is not successful within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration.
